1 RM Lifts & Complexes

Find 5 ladies that specialize in each lift to bring your best team forward!

Team members can be from different gyms, cities, countries!
Lifters cannot be in more than 1 team.
All team members have 1 week to complete a 1 Rep Max and a fun complex of their allocated lift.
1RM and Complex announcements will be made at 12pm CDT on Sunday Oct 6th October.
Lifters 1RM and complex can be completed on different days but MUST be completed within the 1 week deadline.
Scores need to be submitted by each individual lifter by 10pm CDT on Sunday 13th October.
