I loved GGRx

My name is ATHENA and I loved GGRX. My team and I had all never competed in a crossfit event before and it certainly pushed us to our limits. we all worked harder than we realized we were capable, and we all PR'D during the 1rm complex. We felt eager and excited in the weeks leading up to, and certainly the day of the event. It felt great to be out there competing against so many amazing and powerful women. Since then we are all pushing ourselves to train harder and be even better the next time around.
