The Most Fun I Have Ever Had

Girls Gone rx is the most fun that I've ever had at a comp for so many reasons!!!

It was so empowering being around so many strong women in the same place! We had four teams from Crossfit Alluvium this year. We already have a strong community, but this event brought us even closer as we cheered and grinded it out next to each other! In a society where women are constantly being pit against each other, it was amazing to be surrounded by so many women competing, yet building each other up at the same time!
