REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 28th October, 2023 (unless it sells out first)
*No refunds will be provided but a transfer of entry to another competitor is allowed if you need to withdraw from the competition within two weeks of the event.
*If under 18, the athlete must have their parent/guardian sign their waiver & be present at the competition.

Junior (12 - 20 year olds) *Weight Classes Do Not Apply To This Division*
Open (21 - 39 year olds)
Masters (40 + year olds)
BODYWEIGHT CLASSES:
Under 125 lbs
Under 145 lbs
Under 170 lbs
Under 195 lbs
195 lbs & Over
OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING MOVEMENTS
(3) attempts - Snatch
(3) attempts - Clean & Jerk
(1) minute to make your attempts while (3) judges score your lift (good or no rep) based on the movements rules.
